Mentoring

Mentoring is a key feature of learning to teach within a Training School such as Bedgrove Infant School.

One crucial benefit of teacher training within a Training School is having acess to a diverse range of highly skilled professionals.

Our students receive excellent mentoring, and are encouraged to develop 'best practice' through rigorous evaluation and the support of our experienced team of teachers.

Successful teaching doesn't come with one set of blueprints. Our Trainees get to see and talk to a wide range of experienced teachers with a range of teaching styles.

As a trainee at Bedgrove Infant School, you will be allocated an experienced Mentor who will oversee and support you during your training - however you will also have the chance to develop relationships and share ideas with the other members of the team.
